Posts appear right away

A basic automated safety screen holds possible hate speech or promotion of violence for review. Other posts publish immediately and can still be reported, hidden, or removed. Private email confirmation is offered when email delivery is available.

Useful conversation tools

Mark replies helpful, receive a private email when someone replies, hide an abusive author on your device, and mark a question solved when you started it from this device. Confirmed organizations may display a verified-contributor badge.

Protect yourself

Do not post Social Security numbers, case numbers, medical records, passwords, bank details, private addresses, or another person's private information. Verify important details with the official organization before acting.

Emergency? Contact local emergency services. In the U.S. or Canada, call or text 988 for crisis support. This board is not monitored continuously.

Find established resources

Community posts can help with local context, but the main guide is the better starting point for official and established services.
