Little Lift American Navigator is an independent public resource guide. It helps people find starting points for public benefits, food, housing, emergency shelter and hotel leads, employment, healthcare, transit, travel tools, education, local offices, and other resources.
Little Lift American Navigator is not built to sell personal details. The goal is to help people find clearer first steps without requiring an account or turning someone's hard moment into an advertising profile.
Information We Collect
Little Lift American Navigator does not require a user account. The site may collect limited information in these situations:
- Email newsletter: if you submit your email address, it is used to send Little Lift American Navigator updates and resource notes.
- Messages: if you email us, we receive the email address and contents of your message.
- Community conversations: if you submit a post or reply, the public name, local area, topic, message, and posting date may be displayed after review. Your email address is kept private and used for moderation, safety, or questions about your submission.

- Private community suggestions: if you use the separate city-and-topic suggestion form, the information is reviewed privately and is not automatically published.
- Support or contributions: if you use the contribution checkout, Little Lift American Navigator may receive the name, email address, optional note, support tier, amount, payment method, payment status, and transaction identifiers needed to record the contribution and send a thank-you. PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, GoFundMe, or another payment service processes the payment under its own privacy policy. Little Lift American Navigator does not receive your full payment-card information.
- Anonymous site measurement: Little Lift counts page views and useful actions such as opening a resource, starting a community post, requesting an alert, sharing, installing, supporting, or asking about a partnership. These records use the page path without its query details, a broad device class, a general source category, a new-or-returning marker, and the action. The measurement record does not include your message, email address, payment details, exact location, or an advertising identifier.
- Basic site data: our web host may process routine information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and timestamps to keep the site secure and working.
ZIP Codes And Local Searches
Little Lift American Navigator may let you enter a ZIP code, city, or local area so you can open relevant resource searches. That information is used to send you toward resource links or local-search pages. Do not enter sensitive personal information into the ZIP-code field.
Little Lift can save your selected area, interests, bookmarked resources, discussion-management tokens, helpful-vote identifier, locally hidden authors, installation preferences, and a simple returning-visitor marker in your browser's local storage. These settings remain on the device unless you clear the site's saved data. They are separate from an email-alert request.
How We Use Information
Information is used to operate the site, respond to messages, send updates when requested, record and acknowledge contributions, improve resource navigation, prevent abuse, and keep Little Lift American Navigator available. A transactional email provider may process a contributor's name and email address only to deliver the requested thank-you.
Community Safety And Moderation
Community posts and replies normally appear immediately after a basic automated safety screen. Content that may promote hate or violence is held for human review. Little Lift American Navigator may approve, decline, or remove a submission to protect participants and keep the conversation useful. People may report a published post for another review. You may ask about or request removal of your submission by using the contact email below.
When email delivery is available, Little Lift may send a private confirmation link for a community email address and a notification when another person replies. Helpful votes are limited with an opaque browser identifier. Public posts may show an email-confirmed or verified-contributor label, but never the submitted email address.
Advertising And Data Sales
The public site is designed to stay free without behavioral advertising. Little Lift American Navigator does not sell submitted email addresses, newsletter names, messages, donation information, or individual browsing information. Sponsors may receive aggregate results such as total page views or link actions, but they do not receive a visitor list or private visitor details. If sponsorships or other services change how information is handled, this policy will be updated.
Contribution Records
Contribution records may be retained for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, supporter service, and legal or accounting obligations. You may ask a privacy question or request correction of contact details using the email below; some transaction records may need to be retained where required.
